About the Role: Account Management
1. Strengthen existing customer relationships, re-engage dormant accounts, and pursue new opportunities.
2. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure mutual success.
3. Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and product innovations to stay ahead.
4. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to exceed customer expectations.
5. Track forecasts, budgets, and targets to drive continuous improvement.
6. The role covers Canberra and surrounding regional NSW – including out to Dubbo, Griffith, Wagga Wagga.
About You
* A proven sales success is essential; signage industry experience is a plus.
* You should be personable, professional, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service and building lasting partnerships.
* You are capable of independently managing and growing your accounts with minimal supervision, leveraging your initiative and self-direction.
* You are willing to travel within your territory to engage with clients. A driver's license is essential.
* You must be an Australian/NZ citizen or resident.
