Director of Nursing - Critical Care
The Director of Nursing Critical Care is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the nursing team and services within Critical Care Services.
Main Responsibilities:
To provide effective leadership and management of nursing staff and services within Critical Care Services.
Lead patient care in an inter-professional environment to achieve defined objectives of the Critical Care Stream.
Collaborate with other nursing directors to align operational plans across streams.
Manage human, financial, and material resources to achieve strategic objectives.
Support the development and application of clinical management policies and guidelines.
Provide leadership in research, education, quality improvement, and innovation.
Maintain a safe environment for patients and staff by managing risk.
