Excellent retention of staff The role Work under direction of the Project Commercial lead and the Project Manager to protect and enhance the commercial position of the project. Assist the Project Commercial lead to implement and maintain project controls to ensure the efficient administration of the Head Contract, Subcontract/Supplier/Consultant Agreements Assist in compiling tender and / or procurement documentation, including commercial aspects for suppliers and subcontractors. Assist the Project Commercial lead to ensure project compliance with the company's commercial guidelines. Assist with Accounts Payable including data entry into Cheops, scanning and distributing payment advice and following up any enquiries. Assist the Project Commercial lead to establish and maintain registers or other system for costs control – for example the management of delivery dockets. Assist the Project Commercial lead to ensure that the financial reporting including cost to complete of the project is current and accurate. Assist the Project Commercial lead to ensure that all subcontracts are executed, delivered and closed out, in accordance with Company commercial policies and guidelines. Support the Project Commercial lead and/or the Project Manager through the commercial aspects of contract negotiations and disputes with the Superintendent and Subcontractors as applicable. Other Assist to manage project office – ensuring effective and efficient workspace and facilities for the project team and visitors. Manage distribution of external and internal mail Maintain soft and hard copy filing system in accordance with procedures Enter correspondence into Aconex or other document management system. Ordering of consumables required by the project Reconciliation of site credit card statements Prepare presentations as required.
