Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Becoming a trusted advisor to customers through open, honest and transparent engagement. - Providing expertise on the software current & future capability. - Providing retail process consultancy, challenging the customer's thinking, and giving insight into industry best practice. - Preparing and delivering solution presentations and demonstrations. - Conducting discovery workshops to understand the customer's current situation & future aims. - Describing implementation methodology and building confidence in ability to deliver. - Calculating and presenting business cases using customer data. - Highlighting how we differ from competition. - Understanding and articulating case studies, showing how provided value to other customers. - Managing, coordinating and ensuring quality of formal responses to RFIs, RFPs, etc. - Managing, coordinating and ensuring quality of PoCs supported by an expert central support team. - Communicating the excitement to make a genuine difference for customers.
Requirements
- A customer-oriented viewpoint with a genuine interest in helping retailers improve their business. - The ability to problem-solve on your feet in a fast-paced environment. - Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn. - Ownership, commitment, and a can-do attitude. - Top class communications skills including: An inspiring and engaging presentation style. An ability to convey complex concepts to audiences in a way they understand. An ability to challenge customer thinking in a constructive and positive way, regardless of a person's role or level of seniority. - At least 3-5 years' experience with a retailer or consultancy/software provider focused on the retail, wholesale, or supply chain industry. - Understanding of key solution areas including Inventory Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment. - Excellent understanding of the retail business and retail processes, both now and how they might change in the future gained through working directly for a retailer or a consultancy/software provider focused on the retail industry. - Willingness to travel within Australia and internationally to meet prospects on-site or join regional & global events.
Advantages
Previous experience of the software either as an implementation consultant or as a user. Knowledge of other retail processes such as Space Planning, Assortment Planning or Price & Promotion Optimization.
