As we continue to grow our presence in Australia, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Vehicle Registration Clerk / Stock Controller to join our Sydney team.
The Role
In this dual role, you will be responsible for ensuring all vehicles are accurately registered, compliant, and ready for delivery, while also managing stock levels and documentation. You’ll play a key part in supporting the operational efficiency of our dealership and ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage all new and used vehicle registrations, transfers, and cancellations in compliance with NSW road authority requirements.
- Maintain accurate vehicle stock records, including arrivals, allocations, and deliveries.
- Liaise with sales, logistics, and aftersales teams to coordinate vehicle availability.
- Raise POs for external suppliers i.e. aftermarket suppliers, detailers etc.
- Manage and file registration documentation, contracts, and compliance records.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with reporting to head office.
- Support auditing processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide administrative support to the dealership team where required.
About You
- Previous experience in vehicle registration, administration, or stock control within the automotive industry.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and DMS systems (experience with Virtual Yard or similar is an advantage).
- Experience with DVRS Dealer Online Portal highly regarded.
- Knowledge of NSW vehicle registration requirements and RMS processes highly desirable.
- A proactive team player with strong communication skills.
