Genair Services Pty Ltd is a NEBB certified firm based in the Brisbane / Gold Coast region which specialises in HVAC air / hydronic balancing and other specialised commissioning services.
Established in 2010, we pride ourselves on good workmanship by delivering consistent quality control across all projects ranging from small office fitouts to large scale construction sites. We are looking to expand our commissioning team and / or provide training to motivated people working within the HVAC industry.

Ideal Candidates:
* An experienced HVAC commissioning technician / engineer.
* An experienced HVAC / refrigeration tech / installer looking to start their commissioning career.
* Someone looking to start out as a technician assistant and work towards becoming a commissioning technician.
Services We Provide:
* Test, balance and commission HVAC air / hydronic systems.
* Stairwell pressurisation testing and commissioning.
* Ductwork pressurisation / leakage testing.
* Building and room pressurisation / leakage testing.
* Pipework flushing (BSRIA Standards).
* Hot smoke testing (Fire Services Testing).
Commissioning Technician Role:
* Testing and balancing air / hydronic systems to NEBB standards and procedures.
* Co-ordinating with the HVAC contractor and other trades to achieve project completion.
* Completing reports to a high standard.
* Working within a team to complete projects.
Required Skills:
* Good communication. – written and verbal.
* Basic Computer skills – Excel, word, email, etc.
* Troubleshooting / problem solving.
* Current drivers license.
* Current construction white card or equivalent.
* Restricted Electrical License (Not required but ideal)
