About NAAFLS

The North Australian Aboriginal Family Legal Service (NAAFLS) is a not-for-profit organisation delivering holistic legal and support services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people experiencing domestic, family and sexual violence. With offices across the Top End, our work is grounded in cultural respect, community collaboration, and self-determination.

About the Role

We're leading delivery of the Leaving Violence Program – Top End Regional Trial, a national initiative helping people safely leave violence through culturally grounded, practical support.

As a Senior Case Worker, you'll deliver trauma-informed, culturally safe case management and mentor a small team of Case Workers. You'll walk alongside clients to develop safety plans, access financial assistance, and connect with community supports.

What you'll bring:

* Relevant qualifications or significant experience with a willingness to undertake a certificate or higher-level study if required
* Demonstrated experience in delivering culturally safe, trauma-informed and strength-based services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people impacted by domestic, family and sexual violence with the ability to tailor to meet individual client needs.
* Proven ability to communicate effectively and sensitively, demonstrating strong relationship building and advocacy skills.
* Ability to work independently and support and mentor case workers while managing competing priorities.
* Strong database management and Microsoft Office skills and experience.
* Ability to undertake overnight travel to remote communities.
* Current NT Driver Licence, WWCC, and clear Criminal History Check (or ability to obtain).
