Clinical Pharmacists in Rural Settings
We are seeking a highly skilled pharmacist to provide high-quality pharmacy services to rural communities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing patient care and medication management in a rural setting
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective treatment and preventative care
* Developing cultural awareness and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health needs
* Leading the formulation and implementation of Medication Safety Policies
This is a full-time role from Monday to Friday, with an optional half-day at a community pharmacy on weekends.

About You
To qualify, candidates should be degree-qualified pharmacists with general (unrestricted) AHPRA registration and possess a genuine interest in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander healthcare.
