Electronic Document Management Specialist

The role of an Electronic Document Management Specialist involves providing high-level support to manage the Electronic Document Management System (EDRMS) for a government agency in Australia. This includes developing information management procedures, training staff on EDRMS best practices, and providing expert triage services.



Key Responsibilities:

* Developing and implementing information management policies and procedures;
* Providing comprehensive training to staff on EDRMS functionality and best practices;
This is a 3-month contract with potential for extension.

Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and experience in records management practices. Relevant tertiary qualifications are desirable but not essential.Familiarity with SharePoint would be beneficial.
