Choose from a variety of accommodation options including private villas, cabins, two-story presidential stays, or get back to nature on a powered or unpowered camping or caravan site.About the RoleSupport the Park Manager in the daily operations of our Holiday Park.

From assisting housekeeping staff to creating staff rosters-no two days will be the sameResponsibilitiesLead your team to ensure guests enjoy a high standard of service during their stayCreate programs for Kids ActivitiesAttend to after-hours call outs as requiredCollect outstanding payments from guests and permanent residentsHandle Human Resources functions including rostering, performance management, and recruitmentManage administration tasks such as budgeting and overseeing the financial aspects of the ParkAbout YouYou will have a keen interest in tourism and hospitality and be looking to progress in a long-term opportunity.
You will also have:Previous experience as a Manager within Hospitality or TourismExcellent administrative and computer skillsExperience in developing team membersExcellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbalUnderstanding of financial controls and practicesAbility to go above and beyond to meet company objectives and ensure customer satisfactionParticipation in employee rewards and recognition programsAccess to discounted accommodation rates at Ingenia Holidays parksSecurity of working for an ASX-listed organizationWhat is next?Please note that to be considered for this role, you must be able to work in Australia and reside in Australia at the time of application.
