We are looking for a
International Wholesale Manager
to join the Seafolly team. This is a
full time
role, based in our Support Centre in Alexandria, NSW.
This role is responsible for driving wholesale sales growth across international markets, owning budgets, delivering revenue and margin targets, and maximising market opportunities through effective agent, distributor, and key account management. Partners closely with the Chief Revenue Officer & Head of Global Wholesale to execute the international sales strategy. Responsible for driving profitable commercial performance, building strong external relationships, identifying operational efficiencies, and ensuring brand consistency across all markets.
You will:
* Drive international wholesale performance by owning the sales budget, delivering revenue and margin growth, optimising costs, and leading in‑season trading with data‑driven actions.
* Develop and execute global sales strategies in partnership with senior leaders, expanding market penetration through new sales, distribution opportunities, and country‑specific compliance readiness.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally to optimise product range, pricing, go‑to‑market execution, marketing support, and inventory strategies to maximise sell‑through and minimise aged stock.
* Manage and optimise international agent, distributor, and key account performance by driving sales targets, overseeing seasonal budgets, coordinating in‑season trading and logistics, and resolving escalated commercial issues.
* Deliver compelling seasonal sell‑in through range presentations, product training, and strong brand storytelling while identifying region‑specific product and commercial opportunities based on local market insights.
* Produce robust sales reporting and performance analysis, improve distribution and logistics efficiency, and represent the brand at international trade shows to drive growth and new business opportunities.
* Partner with international key accounts managed by third parties, ensuring direct brand relationships and strategic influence over commercial outcomes.
* Negotiate in-season commercial terms to optimise revenue, margin, and long-term account value.
* Collaborate with key accounts on marketing initiatives that drive traffic, conversion, and wholesale sales, ensuring spend remains within budget.
You have:
* Proven success managing third-party sales agents and distributors to deliver revenue and margin targets whilst maintaining brand standards within the regions.
* Strong account management capability with a track record of driving sales growth and account profitability
* Strong experience in trading term and commercial term negotiation.
* Strong exposure to foreign markets.
* Familiar with logistics Incoterms
* Familiar with agent contract law.
* Proficiency in AP21 or comparable fashion ERP systems (AX, SAP preferred).
* High-level Excel skills with the ability to analyse sales performance, forecasts, and inventory exposure.
* Experience working with JOOR or similar wholesale order platforms (e.g. NuOrder).
* International wholesale sales experience with direct responsibility for international budgets and targets.
* Extensive third-party and external stakeholder management.
* Strong understanding of retail trade, sell-in/sell-through dynamics, and seasonal trading cycles.
* Budget ownership, forecasting, and financial management.
* Sales order management and commercial account oversight
