Technical Writer
About the role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Writer who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be a strong communicator, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation. With exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, you will confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels. Your proactive and self-motivated approach will enable you to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality documentation within tight timeframes.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Manage the end-to-end document management process ensuring accuracy
Consult with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand requirements
Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of materials to support end users
Review, edit and update documentation based on feedback and changes to business processes or functional requirements
About you:
Your education, experience and skills will include:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Technical Writer role delivering technical manuals, documentation and support materials for training programs
3-5 years experience in web development, graphic design, multi-media and Enterprise Content Management systems (desirable)
Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite products
