Their Queensland site supports ongoing national expansion and provides a modern, tech-enabled workplace backed by a strong, collaborative team culture.
The Role
This leadership role is all about deepening existing grower relationships and expanding sales within an established customer base, while also identifying new opportunities. Reporting to the Queensland GM, you'll manage major accounts, lead a Territory Sales Officer, and work closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive consistently high service, quality, and delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strengthen relationships with existing key accounts and increase sales within them
* Develop and deliver a 3-year QLD sales strategy aligned to national growth plans
* Lead and support the Territory Sales Officer in day-to-day activities
* Work with growers on crop planning, trials, and forward-order commitments
* Align closely with production and growing teams to meet delivery expectations
* Represent the business at farm visits, events, and grower meetings
* Monitor customer satisfaction, pipeline activity, and competitor movements
About You
You're a relationship-first sales professional who thrives on growing what already exists. You understand the pressures of farming/production, enjoy working closely with growers, and bring the planning and commercial skills to deliver growth from within a loyal customer base.
Selection Criteria:
* Proven track record in account management in Ag or Hort
* Technical understanding of seedling production or fresh produce
* Skilled in growing sales within established relationships
* Confident communicator and collaborative leader
* Able to travel regularly across key growing regions

Package Includes:
* $135,000 – $150,000 base + Super
