Job Description:
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our region by contributing to the planning and advancement of civil infrastructure.
As an Infrastructure Development Specialist, you will investigate, prepare, develop, and manage engineering designs using civil design software including 12d, Microstation, and XPSTORM.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and deliver civil engineering plans and/or computer models that meet strategic and operational requirements
* Provide technical advice to internal and external stakeholders
* Undertake concept designs for long-term infrastructure planning
Required Skills and Qualifications:
An Engineering Professional with a keen eye for detail, developed skills in survey and design, and experience in Local Government is preferred. A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or Environmental Engineering) and demonstrated ability to use survey equipment including GNSS rovers, digital levels, Total Stations, and Ground Penetrating Radar is required. Proficiency in Design, Drafting, and Microsoft Office software is also essential.
