Job Opportunity:
The University of Southern Queensland Residential Colleges seek a reliable and experienced cleaner to join their team on a casual basis. This temporary position from December to February supports the end-of-year cleaning period.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine and detailed cleaning of student residential areas, bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, and offices
* Replenish supplies and report maintenance issues as required
* Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation
This is a physically demanding role requiring manual tasks. A Blue Card would be advantageous but is not essential.
Requirements:
* Minimum 12 months professional cleaning experience (residential or commercial)
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Ability to follow cleaning protocols and safety procedures
