Your opportunity
Growing tired of the constant restructures, lack of decision-making and too many sources of truth? This is your chance to put your master data background to better use and rewrite that story. You'll be joining a new team of master data professionals who know the value of getting it right, creating order from complexity, and setting recognised materials standards. You'll be working with 31,000 lines of master data that will likely grow over the next two years. You'll be surrounded by an experienced, supportive team and enjoy the stability that comes with gold. There is flexible work-from-home capability and benefits such as annual performance bonuses, top-tier private health cover for you and your family, and salary sacrifice/novated lease options.
What you'll be doing, and how you'll contribute to the business, is described in the sections below.
What You'll Be Doing
 * Catalogue mining materials into SAP and manage master data related to materials, vendors, and projects/maintenance.
 * Set up solid master data structures, ensure data is clean, accurate, and free of duplicates, and capture new requirements in line with coding standards.
 * Investigate and resolve SAP data issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes; support the Superintendent Materials & Services with additional projects to improve operational efficiency in sharing supplies.
About You
 * Master Data Record Management (MDRM) skills for accurate coding and data integrity, with a sharp eye for detail in mining plant spare parts.
 * Experience building material and service master records in mining; strong communication skills, written and verbal, across teams.
 * Hands-on SAP experience; understanding of supply chains and end-to-end materials management.
 * Proficiency in Excel (beginner to intermediate) with data analysis capabilities; familiarity with Repairable/Rotable processes and component lifecycles is a plus.
