Job Description - Overview of duties
* Full-time hours - flexible arrangements to be discussed
* Support a TOP selling Agent within a client liaison/in-house PA capacity
* Overview of duties; Diary management & extensive Docusign use
* Manage buyer's and sellers enquires through to settlement
* Liaise/work alongside the sales administrator
* Booking valuers, photographers, pest/building inspections etc
* Ad hoc duties as required
Skills & Experience
* Must have Real Estate/Property experience in Sales/Contracts admin and or PA/EA
* Personal Assistant looking for more of an in-house support role without losing the high base salary
* Exceptional organisation and administration skills
* Ability to build strong relationships and deliver outstanding customer service
* Self-motivated, trustworthy, driven & a strong work ethic
