Your new role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Officer – Accounts Payable and Administration to join the team. This role is pivotal in supporting the development of business systems, ensuring data integrity, and enhancing operational efficiency through effective process implementation.
What you'll need to succeed
- Processing accounts payable and ensuring timely, accurate invoicing
- Maintaining finance systems and supporting reporting functions
- Assisting with monthly financial reports and ad-hoc analysis
- Overseeing procurement activities and vendor account reconciliation
- Providing internal support and responding to queries across departments
