We are seeking a skilled Senior Design Documenter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality design documentation and coordinating projects to ensure delivery in line with project briefs.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce comprehensive design packages for speculative and live project works, in accordance with the project brief.
* Coordinate with third-party consultants and relevant authorities to obtain documentation in line with the project brief, including building certification, client approval and town planning.
* Ensure effective communication and project standards coordination with clients, internal and external stakeholders.
* Undertake project administration processes for transmittals, submittals, design and construction models, shop drawings and schedules.
