SKILLS Minimum 5-7 years of experience as Supervisor, ideally in erection of wood construction plants Proven ability to lead and manage teams of 5 to 10 personnel effectively Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken) RESPONSIBILITIES Supervising the assembly, installation and commissioning of systems Supervising mechanical and electrical technicians on site Leading assembly team Compliance with safety standards on construction site OPPORTUNITY Long-term permanent position Varied and responsible tasks in an international company Subject-specific training and further education Performance-based pay and development opportunities Traveling, getting to know foreign cultures SALARY The salary offered will be $100,000 to $120,000 per annum.
