About the Role

We're looking for a Workplace Relations Lead to support Crown's transformation program, with a strong focus on industrial and employee relations across major organisational change initiatives. This role plays a key part in the project planning, execution, and workforce transformation, ensuring IR/ER obligations are understood, embedded, and delivered throughout project milestones.

You'll work closely with leaders across Legal, People & Culture, and key project teams to manage IR/ER risks, ensure EA compliance, and support effective union engagement during significant workforce change. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong IR/ER expertise who enjoys project-based work in a complex, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide specialist IR/ER leadership across workforce/organisational transformation
* Ensure IR/ER requirements are incorporated into project plans, deliverables, and governance frameworks.
* Support strategic workforce change activities, including consultation, compliance, and risk management.
* Partner with Legal, P&C, and business leaders to ensure Crown's obligations and IR/ER governance standards are met.
* Build effective relationships with unions, external advisors, and property IR/ER teams.
* Monitor industrial instruments, legislation, and obligations to ensure compliance throughout project stages.

What You'll Bring

* Strong experience in industrial relations, employee relations, or workplace relations within a complex, unionised environment.
* Ability to interpret and apply enterprise agreements, legislation, and IR/ER frameworks.
* Proven capability working within large transformation or change programs (desirable).
* Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across diverse groups.
* Strong judgement, risk awareness, and ability to navigate sensitive IR/ER matters.
* Collaborative, professional, and able to work effectively in fast‑paced project environments.
