* Drive improvement in our recruitment practices that deliver a seamless, engaging candidate experience from first contact to final handshake.
* Use insights, trends and data to drive confident, high-impact decisions.
* Strengthen our employer brand across all Group organisations.

Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related field (Master’s or SHRM/CIPD/AHRI certification preferred).
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
* Working with Children Check (state equivalent) (or willingness to obtain).
* Australian open driver licence.
* Full working rights in Australia.
