Provide critical admin support to ALPA's RTO to ensure operational success.
About the Role
Support ALPA's RTO by developing culturally appropriate learning materials, coordinating logistics, and maintaining accurate systems.
The role will ensure compliance with 2025 RTO Standards and ASQA Guidelines.
Your main responsibilities will include
Coordinate training logistics, including travel arrangements and trainer resource cases
Provide administrative support for the planning, resourcing, approval, and implementation of training activities, meetings, and events
Undertake purchasing activities: identify suppliers, seek quotes, create purchase orders, order and receipt stock, and request invoices
Maintain accurate and timely data entry in VETtrak and other operational systems
Support the preparation of reports and maintain key registers
Ensure consistency across platforms and eliminate data duplication
Requirements
Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite and experience using electronic systems and databases
Highly effective interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills that can be adapted to meet the needs of people from all education levels, language abilities, and ethnic origin
Have experience in Avetmiss, VETtrak, NCVER or similar student management systems
