Service Advisor

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Service Advisor.


About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for estimating costs of rebuild jobs for customers in the Bathurst region.

* Analyse rebuild jobs and projects to assess their viability while developing and implementing plans for successful outcomes.
* Develop scopes of work, estimates, and quotes that meet high standards.
* Builddeliverd and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, resulting in a clearer understanding of rebuild forecasts and requirements.
* Demonstrated experience within a project management or estimating role is essential.
* Experience with pricing and planning systems and tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Uptake, Excel) is preferred.
* Familiarity with Caterpillar products is highly desirable.
