Job details
We're seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative team member to join us as an Enrolment and Admissions Officer. This role is central to ensuring GOTAFE's enrolment processes run smoothly, accurately, and in line with compliance requirements.
Working as part of the Student Management team, you'll be responsible for processing applications, maintaining student records, and supporting the delivery of high-quality admissions services across the organisation. This role is key to enabling a seamless experience behind the scenes, supporting both internal teams and GOTAFE's broader student management obligations.
As the successful candidate you will have:
* Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, record keeping, and compliance processes.
* Confidence in using Microsoft Office and student management or database systems.
* A collaborative approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
If you are successful in this role you will be required to provide:
* A current Police Check (date of issue is to be no more than 6 months prior to commencement date)
* A current Victorian Working with Children Check - Employee (or proof of application)
* A current Driver's Licence (Car).
The salary is PACCT 3 under the GOTAFE Enterprise PACCT Agreement 2023.
