Our client is a carpentry, Joinery and cabinetmaking company specialises in modern interior designing and located in Grafton, NSW.
Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a qualified carpenters and cabinetmakers to join their team. It is essential to have technical aptitude and right skills and training to work in Australian standards.
You will have:
* Trade qualified with experience in carpentry and/ or cabinetmaking work or related skills
* Ability to read drawings and specifications to select materials required
* Select materials required, marking out, cutting and shaping wood
* Working from drawings and specifications to make furniture, cupboards
* Construction and installation of Install structures and fixtures of wood.
* Cuts, shapes and fits timber parts to form structures and fittings
* Assembling parts to form sections of furniture and completed articles
* Fitting hinges, locks, catches, drawers and shelves
* Making various types of shelving, cupboards etc
Required Skills
* Positive attitude and work independently
* Familiar with wood cutting machines or hand-power tools
