As a large organisation that continues to grow, we are seeking motivated Speech Pathologists to join our supportive team of allied health professionals to deliver high-quality therapy services.
About the Opportunity
* To empower individuals with disabilities by providing comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments and interventions tailored to their unique needs
* Collaborate closely with families, caregivers and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalised treatment plans that promote effective communication, swallowing and overall quality of life
* Utilise your expertise in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices and strategies to facilitate meaningful interactions and increase independence
* Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing your valuable insights and recommendations for holistic client care
* Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices and innovative approaches in the field of speech pathology, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge
Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution
* Current SPA registration
* Proven experience in providing occupational therapy services, preferably in a disability or community setting
* A passion for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities
* Exceptional communication, problem‐solving and interpersonal skills are essential
