**Salary - $79,032 to $86,539 per annum + Superannuation and Annual Leave Loading.**
**Your role**
This role will provide crucial high-level administrative support to the Hunter & Central Coast District Allocations Team, with responsibility for various key administrative functions.
**What you'll do**
- Provide a range of administrative and support services, including records management, routine correspondence to support the effective operation of the District.
- Prioritise matters based on level of urgency.
- Assist the Allocations Team in the delivery of high quality, accurate and timely responses, advice and reports to a variety of areas, including the Executive District Director, the Deputy Secretary's and Minister's Office.
- Coordinate and manage records and databases, complying with administrative systems, processes and policies, to ensure that all information is accurate and stored correctly and securely.
**What we're looking for**
- Strong attention to detail - ability to monitor and check work or information while organising time and resources efficiently.
- Effective written and verbal communication that is clear and concise.
- Experience in working in a high-pressure team environment delivering services to vulnerable clients with a high level of communication and relationship skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to interpret policies, standards and procedures and act with a high level of integrity whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
- You will be exposed to highly sensitive matters that at times you may find confronting so the importance for confidentiality and self-care is very important.
