About The Role
Central Goldfields Shire Council is seeking a dedicated Maternal & Child Health and Immunisation Business Support Officer to provide high-quality administrative and customer service support to our Children and Families team. As a key member of our Children/Families team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Maternal & Child Health and Immunisation services.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Providing responsive front-line customer service via phone, email, and in-person.
Managing appointment calendars, rosters, and venue bookings.
Supporting immunisation sessions, including logistics and data entry.
Maintaining accurate client records and contributing to reporting obligations.
Assisting with policy updates, quality improvement projects, and promotional activities.
Upholding confidentiality, child safe standards, and Council policies.
