We're looking for a Client Experience Lead - Insurance, who thrives on building strong client relationships, driving service excellence, and identifying growth opportunities. In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for a portfolio of Solvd clients, ensuring their needs are met, expectations exceeded, and opportunities for innovation and improvement are always on the radar.
What you'll be doing
Implement strategies and communications plans to help key clients obtain maximised services, consistent with their pricing models and expectations
Act as the primary contact for a range of clients, ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction
Generate new or extended sales opportunities through proactive account management
Implement strategies and communication plans to help clients maximise the value of Solvd's services
Lead generation, represent Solvd at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Provide and drive service levels which exceed customer expectations.
Manage client onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions
Monitor day-to-day service delivery and address any issues or escalations within set SPA's
Identify service gaps and collaborate with internal teams to enhance offerings
Provide regular, accurate performance reports and insights to clients
Use reporting tools to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across client accounts
What You'll Bring
2+ years of experience within Sales and/or Account Management within Business Process Outsourcing industries, including experience managing operational and reporting requirements.
Industry experience within insurance, fleet, automotive industries, in a similar customer facing role.
Exposure to project management, client liaison, building and delivering presentations
Able to cultivate relationships with senior decision makers at large insurance and fleet organisations
Persuasive and effective communicator who can handle diverse personalities
Strong relationship builder and strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
Able to identify client needs and bring them to the surface
Team-oriented and self-driven, with a professional and energetic approach
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, CRM and productivity, planning and data analytics tools)
Relevant qualifications in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience
