Your primary responsibility will be to deliver the program across the country, working closely with teachers and students to inspire participation, fundraising, and healthy lifestyles. This is a full-time role based in Perth with occasional interstate travel, offering a great work-life balance and opportunities for growth and development.
The ideal candidate will have experience in fundraising, events, sales, or working in schools, with excellent communication, time management, and digital skills. You will thrive in this role if you are confident presenting and engaging with groups, particularly children under 12, and have a background in leading or coaching physical activity. A current driver's license and willingness to travel interstate are also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver the Jump Rope for Heart program to schools across Australia, inspiring participation, fundraising, and healthy lifestyles.
* Work closely with teachers and students to build buzz, support the program, and achieve fundraising goals.
* Coach teachers to lead the charge, boosting participation, fundraising, and physical activity among students.
* Maintain relationships with schools, families, and community groups, ensuring successful program implementation and outcomes.
* Represent the organization, promoting our mission and values while fostering a positive reputation.
Requirements:
* Experience in fundraising, events, sales, or working in schools.
