Kudosity is seeking a driven Channel Sales Manager to build and grow their partner ecosystem from the ground up. You'll own the full channel motion: prospecting and signing new partners, onboarding them effectively, and managing ongoing relationships.
What you'll do
Business Development & Partner Acquisition
* Proactively identify, target, and sign new channel partners - resellers, ISVs, referral partners, and technology alliances - across Kudosity's key verticals (e-commerce, healthcare, recruitment, government, automotive, and more).
* Build your own pipeline from scratch using outreach, networking, industry events, and referrals - this is a true hunter role.
* Develop compelling partnership proposals and commercial structures that create real value for both parties.
* Negotiate and close partnership agreements, working with internal stakeholders to move deals efficiently.
Onboarding & Enablement
* Onboard new partners smoothly and professionally - ensuring they understand our platform, proposition, and co‐selling motion from day one.
* Develop and deliver partner enablement resources, sales training, and co‐marketing initiatives that set partners up to sell confidently.
* Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure partners have everything they need to succeed.
Account Management & Growth
* Manage and grow your partner portfolio - building trust‐based relationships with partner stakeholders at all levels, from account managers to C‐suite.
* Create and execute joint business plans with strategic partners to drive ongoing pipeline, revenue, and mutual growth.
* Monitor partner performance metrics; proactively identify risks and opportunities to keep momentum strong.
* Own channel revenue targets and forecast pipeline accurately using Salesforce.
* Represent Kudosity at partner events, industry conferences, and strategic meetings.
* Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on channel performance, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
What you'll bring
* 2+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management - ideally within SaaS, messaging, or a related tech environment.
* A genuine hunter mentality – you're energised by opening doors, building from nothing, and turning prospects into partners.
* Early‐career experience is welcome; what matters most is your drive, professionalism, and commercial instinct.
* Experience or strong familiarity with the full partner lifecycle – from prospecting and signing through to onboarding, enablement, and ongoing account management.
* Excellent relationship‐building and communication skills – you can hold your own with a founder or a procurement team, and you're equally sharp on email, over the phone, or in a room.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure partnership deals, negotiate terms, and identify win‐win opportunities.
* A self‐starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do – you'll assess the landscape, set priorities, and move with purpose.
* Data‐driven and organised, with experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to manage pipeline and track results.
* Familiarity with messaging, CPaaS, MarTech, or automation platforms is a strong advantage.
