Cullen Jewellery is seeking an exceptional professional to join our team as a Client Care Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in upholding our brand promise of Unreasonable Care.
Job Description:
We are looking for someone who can deliver exceptional client service and ensure that every interaction with Cullen Jewellery leaves a lasting impression. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing aftersales services, including responding to client enquiries, coordinating logistics and providing expert advice on product care and modifications.
* Responding to client enquiries regarding resizing, remakes repairs and service fees;
* Managing aftersales process for pick-ups/drop-offs;
* Servicing requests; assessing and documenting product conditions; logging information accurately; liaising with jewellers/team members ensuring timely resolutions;
