Siteworks WA is seeking an experienced and reliable team of Concrete Finishers to join an ongoing, long-term project based in Jurien Bay. This is a DIDO role with a 3/1 roster, working 11.5-hour days, pouring concrete daily. Top rates are paid weekly .
Role
Daily responsibilities include:
* Daily concrete pours to specification
* Screeding concrete flat and achieving high-quality machine trowel finishes
* Operating concrete-related machinery and equipment
* Assisting with subgrade preparation and formwork set‑up
* Working safely and efficiently in line with site and industry requirements
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Concrete Finisher (5+ years highly regarded)
* Proven ability to screed flat and machine trowel finish
* Experience with ride‑on trowel machines, laser screeds and other concrete equipment
* Strong physical fitness and ability to work long shifts in a hands‑on role
* High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
* Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
* White Card required (additional tickets highly regarded)
* Reliable, punctual and able to commit to a long‑term roster
