Human Resources Business Partner Job Description
This is a senior role within the Human Resources department, responsible for partnering closely with leaders to deliver HR support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in a similar role, with a proven ability to interpret and apply industrial agreements, providing advice to management and employees using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key responsibilities include coaching and assisting leaders, implementing the strategic workforce plan, and translating business priorities into HR initiatives.
Beyond these core duties, the successful applicant will also contribute to the development of positive and proactive advice regarding workplace and employee disputes and grievances.
To succeed in this position, you will need a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
