We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as a Property Sales Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for connecting top international talent with our clients in the Dubai real estate market.
You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collecting information about properties and arranging for relevant marketing materials to be created
* Staying up-to-date with the latest rules and regulations surrounding the residential property market in Dubai
* Attending property valuations and viewings to provide expert advice to clients
* Negotiating with prospective buyers and sellers to secure successful deals
* Monitoring sales and lettings progress, working closely with our sales progression and home move advisory teams
* Maintaining regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in sales or a related field is highly advantageous
* Excellent written and spoken English skills
* A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work effectively in a team
* Smart business attire is required at all times
* Strong interpersonal skills and a supportive team player
* UK/UAE driving license and own vehicle (alternative arrangements can be made)
