We're seeking a commercially savvy Snr Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage our largest B2B customer – a national distributor responsible for a significant portion of our product sales. This is a high-impact, strategic role ideal for someone who thrives on building strong partnerships and delivering results in a fast-growing, highly regulated industry.
The focus of this role will be in Southeast QLD - however there is flexibility for the right candidate to be located anywhere in QLD, NSW or VIC.
What you'll be doing:
Manage and grow a major distributor account within the medicinal cannabis sector.
Develop strategic account plans, drive revenue, and ensure mutual business success.
Own the full relationship across buying, marketing, supply chain, and regulatory teams.
Lead forecasting, stock management, and performance tracking.
Collaborate internally with marketing, operations, and compliance to deliver seamless service.
Support education, promotions, and new product launches within the account.
Maintain compliance with TGA and relevant state regulations.
What we're looking for:
5+ years of Key Account Management or B2B Sales experience – preferably in the cannabis industry.
Proven success managing large or national accounts in a regulated industry.
Strong commercial and analytical skills – you're comfortable with forecasting and reporting.
Excellent stakeholder management – you build trust and influence with ease.
Experience working cross-functionally to deliver solutions and drive growth.
Familiarity with Australian medicinal cannabis regulations (desirable).
