Admin / Secretarial / Office Support Administration Sydney Permanent / Full Time 9/4/2026 Based in Brookvale 20 Hours per week Parking on site $70k pro rata With over 35 years of experience supplying raw materials and finished products across the South Pacific region, our client is offering a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to begin their career in international trade, sales and commercial operations. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic global environment with a dynamic team to assist the team with their administration needs. About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our office operations. As the first point of contact for visitors and incoming communications, you will play a key role in supporting management and staff while maintaining high standards of organisation, communication, and compliance. Reporting to the Managing Director and General Manager, you will coordinate office activities and provide administrative support across the business in line with company procedures and ISO 9001 standards. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and organisation Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and wider team Act as the first point of contact for visitors, phone calls, and emails Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and events Maintain and update company databases, records, and contact lists Monitor office supplies and manage stock ordering Maintain and update company website and social media platforms Assist with marketing materials, including brochures and branding Support ISO compliance and documentation requirements Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis (including Excel and pivot tables) Manage couriers, expense claims, and cost monitoring Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and general administrative tasks Assist with SDS/PDF processing in line with SOPs About You Proven experience in an office administration or similar role Strong communication, organisational and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently Skills & Experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with databases, CRM systems, or ERP systems Experience in customer and supplier communication Ability to prepare reports and manage data effectively Why Join Us?
