The Opportunity

We're looking for a dedicated and motivated Casual Console Operator to join our team on a rotating overnight roster, including weekend work. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional customer service while working independently.

As Our Night Shift Console Operator, You Will
* Deliver outstanding, customer‐first service
* Operate the console and manage cash handling accurately
* Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
* Manage stock and replenish as required
* Adhere to strict safety standards and manual handling procedures
* Maintain cleanliness and presentation across the store
* This role requires occasional after‐hours support and a strong commitment to operational excellence.
You'll Ideally Bring
* 2+ years' experience in customer service, hospitality or retail
* A strong safety focus and attention to detail
* Confidence working both autonomously and within a small team
* Excellent communication skills
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
