Bid Coordinator Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bid Coordinator to join our team. As a Bid Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire bid lifecycle from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the full bid process from receipt of tender opportunity through to submission of final bid documents.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
* Work closely with subject matter experts to create accurate and impactful content.
* Ensure that all proposals and tenders comply with company policies, branding and industry regulations.
* Conduct thorough reviews to guarantee the quality and accuracy of submissions.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Tender/Bid/Proposals Coordinator is essential.
* Experience working in the construction/building industry or similar desirable.
* Intermediate to Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Excellent attention to detail – document formatting, editing, copywriting and proof-reading.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Planning, problem solving and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Strong team player with the ability to multitask.
* Flexibility, able to adapt to changes in the business.
* Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to tender and proposal processes.
