About the role
Bio Gro are looking for full time motivated, site labourers to join the team at our Newbridge, Victoria site.
The successful applicants will provide support to the Site Manager, Organics Supervisor, and staff in maintaining the site and production performance.
Responsibilities
* Manual decontamination of green waste delivered to site.
* Maintenance of green waste unloading area.
* Ensure site is maintained to a high level of cleanliness, ensuring vital contamination and paper, plastic and weeds are actively removed.
* Report any necessary maintenance or safety issues directly to the Organics supervisor.

* Ability to attend to details and produce accurate work.
* Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure.
* Ability to be professional, resourceful, and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
* Demonstrate initiative.
