Senior Graphic Artist – SA, Mawson Lakes | Business Development | 18894BR
Responsibilities
* Develop clear and effective visual solutions to complex technical and proposal challenges
* Translate ideas and written or verbal concepts into compelling graphic content
* Provide expert guidance to stakeholders across the business on visual communication and design approaches
* Collaborate with engineers, writers, and bid teams to support proposal development
* Contribute high-quality graphics to the successful delivery of major bids, programs, and initiatives—often under tight deadlines and high volume
* Build strong working relationships with internal teams, customers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective delivery of visual content
* Coordination of small proposals when not actively assigned to a proposal
About you
* Extensive experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related discipline
* Post-secondary qualification or formal training in graphic design, visual arts, communications, or a related field
* Strong proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly interpret and translate complex ideas into visual solutions
* Proven experience working with a range of stakeholders, with strong collaboration and engagement skills
