An opportunity has become available for a capable and experienced Level 3 equivalent administrator to join a busy and collaborative team on a part-time temporary basis .
We are looking for a confident professional with strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to step into varied support tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Duties Include:
* Attending and accurately recording meeting minutes
* Providing executive support coverage during periods of leave
* Processing finance coding using internal systems
* Supporting the team with general administrative tasks as required
About You:
* Demonstrated administrative experience at a similar classification/level
* Proficient in minute taking and document handling
* Familiarity with finance or procurement systems (e.g., invoice coding platforms)
* Adaptable, reliable, and able to prioritise tasks effectively
* Available on a consistent weekly schedule to support core team meetings
