Berwick Volvo is looking for a professional, friendly, and highly organised Receptionist to join our dealership team. As the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling our showroom, you will play a key role in delivering the warm, premium experience our brand is known for.
About the role
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional service and administrative support.
Key responsibilities
* Greet and assist customers in a warm and professional manner
* Manage incoming phone calls and direct enquiries efficiently
* Maintain a clean, welcoming reception and showroom environment
* Provide administrative support to Sales, Service, and Management teams
* Coordinate mail, deliveries, and general office tasks
* Assist with appointment scheduling and customer follow-up where required
About you
* Previous reception, customer service, or administration experience (automotive experience advantageous but not essential)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Professional presentation and positive attitude
* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems
