We specialise in supporting NDIS participants and aged care clients, offering mobile Occupational Therapy services.
Due to ongoing growth, we're looking for Occupational Therapists who share our values and passion for empowering people in their everyday lives. We are growing and looking for amazing team members to grow with us

What We Offer
$80,000 – $120,000 + Super (commensurate with experience & FT equivalent)
Flexible work arrangements – we pride ourselves on being flexible and family friendly, we don't subscribe to the 9-5
Full time and part time opportunities available
Car allowance + phone + laptop
Ongoing professional development & mentoring - $ budget per year + 2 paid PD days
Supportive and collaborative team culture - supervision and support adapted to your needs. Whether that be weekly face to face supervision or a phone call when you need it, its up to you
Diverse caseload mostly across NDIS with a focus on psychosocial participants

Your Role
You'll work autonomously and as part of a supportive team, delivering Occupational Therapy services in home and community settings. This includes:
Functional capacity assessments
ADL retraining and capacity building interventions
Goal setting and therapy planning
Report writing for NDIS

What We're Looking For
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
AHPRA registration
Valid Australian Driver's License and reliable vehicle
Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
Experience in community/NDIS settings is a bonus – but not essential
