Position Overview: We are hiring for a detail-oriented and technically strong HR Systems Administrator with hands-on experience in Workday to support, maintain, and optimize our HR systems landscape. This role is responsible for system configuration, reporting, data integrity, process improvements, and supporting HR stakeholders across the organization. Configure and maintain Workday modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Talent, etc.) Manage system updates, releases, and enhancements Perform system testing (unit testing, regression testing, UAT support) Experience required: 3-5 years of experience in HRIS administration Hands-on configuration experience in Workday HCM Strong understanding of HR processes (hire-to-retire lifecycle) Experience with Workday security framework Experience building reports and calculated fields Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with Workday integrations (Studio, Core Connectors, APIs) Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) Experience working in a fast-paced or multinational environment
