About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Concrete Plant Operator to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for operating a Front-End Loader/FEL, carrying out stocktaking of raw materials, working with dispatch and drivers to achieve efficient starting, finishing, and meal & rest times for drivers, maintaining the yard, organizing and liaising with allocations regarding raw material deliveries, minor plant maintenance, operating the plant, balancing our customers' needs and allocation of fleet through effective planning and decision making to ensure maximum fleet productivity, utilisation and efficiency, managing and monitoring orders to ensure delivery and products meet quality requirements.
Responsibilities:
* Operate a Front-End Loader/FEL
* Carry out stocktaking of raw materials
* Work with dispatch and drivers to achieve efficient starting, finishing, and meal & rest times for drivers
* Maintain the yard
* Organize and liaise with allocations regarding raw material deliveries
* Minor plant maintenance
* Operating the plant
* Balancing our customers' needs and allocation of fleet through effective planning and decision making to ensure maximum fleet productivity, utilisation and efficiency
* Manage and monitor orders to ensure delivery and products meet quality requirements
Requirements:

The Right Qualifications:
Australian Driver's License (P platers accepted)
