Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced professional to oversee and manage all survey operations across projects.
This role involves leading and supervising survey teams, applying strong project management skills, and fostering effective collaboration with project managers, surveyors, sales teams, subject matter experts, and clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the use and maintenance of survey equipment and software, managing the allocation of survey resources, equipment, and personnel to meet project demands.
Monitoring and enforcing compliance with WHS regulations, environmental standards, and company policies is also a key responsibility of this role.
Additionally, the individual in this position will be responsible for managing financial aspects of project delivery to ensure alignment within budget requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and supervising survey teams across multiple projects
* Applying strong project management skills and fostering effective collaboration with project managers, surveyors, sales teams, subject matter experts, and clients
* Overseeing the use and maintenance of survey equipment and software (e.g., AutoCAD)
* Managing the allocation of survey resources, equipment, and personnel to meet project demands
* Monitoring and enforcing compliance with WHS regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
Requirements:
* University qualification or TAFE Diploma in Surveying
* Minimum 5 to 7 years of professional surveying experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
* Strong technical expertise in surveying methodologies and software applications
* Ability to interpret and analyse complex survey, 3D, and architectural data
* A valid driver's license and White Card
