About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse at Lyndoch Living, you'll play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality clinical care while supporting residents to live with dignity, comfort and choice.
You'll work collaboratively with Registered Nurses, care staff and allied health professionals to ensure best‐practice care across all shifts.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering person‐centred clinical care in line with care plans
* Medication administration and documentation
* Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' health and wellbeing
* Supporting and guiding care staff in daily clinical tasks
* Maintaining accurate clinical records and compliance with standards
* Contributing to a positive, respectful and team‐focused workplace culture
About You
You're a compassionate and reliable EN who thrives in a supportive team environment and takes pride in providing exceptional care.
You'll bring:
* Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
* Experience in aged care (preferred but not essential)
* Strong clinical and medication management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A genuine passion for supporting older people
* The ability to work across a rotating roster (AM, PM & night duty as required)
