The Role
We're on the lookout for a driven and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to join our Asset Finance team in Perth.
You'll be responsible for servicing, retaining, and growing our introducer base across Western Australia, expanding our footprint, and training introducers on systems, compliance, and product offering.
Responsibilities
Grow the Network: develop and execute plans to expand our introducer base across Western Australia.
Strengthen Relationships: build deep connections with existing clients by understanding their needs and showcasing our value.
Spot Opportunities: identify new business prospects and turn them into long-term partnerships.
Deliver Training: provide hands-on support and training on our front-end systems, regulatory requirements, and compliance processes.
Qualifications
Industry Experience: at least 3 years in sales within the asset finance space in Western Australia; commercial asset finance experience highly regarded.
Proven Results: a track record of consistently hitting sales targets.
Communication Skills: exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Detail-Oriented: organised, thorough, and great at managing multiple priorities.
Customer-Focused: strong work ethic and commitment to delivering great service.
Self-Starter: motivated, independent, thrives in a fast-paced environment.
